Created by REPS' founder and master trainer, Renvil Doman, “Intro to KORECYCLE™” is an introductory performance workout designed for beginners to learn the fundamental of indoor cycling and core strength training. “Intro to KORECYCLE™” classes are compiled of 30 minutes of learning the basics of indoor cycling followed by 30 minutes of beginner core strength exercises. Expect to be introduced to REPS’ expertly designed workouts and burning calories while doing so!

Expect to be introduced to a whole new workout.
