REPSYCLE

Created by REPS’ founder and master trainer, Renvil Doman, “REPSYCLE” is a performance workout designed to learn the fundamentals of indoor cycling and total body strength training. Classes are comprised of 30 minutes of cycling followed by 30 minutes of total body strength training using kettlebells, exercise bands, and body weight exercises. Clients have the option of enjoying either in-person classes, which abide by COVID-19 safety precautions and are capped at only 5 participants per class, OR they can take these classes virtually via. Zoom.

HIIT & Flow Yoga

HIIT & Flow combines the best of both worlds. Class begins with thirty minutes of high energy interval training to increase endurance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. This portion of class is followed by thirty minutes of an active yoga recovery, lengthening the muscles utilized in the HIIT exercises, as well as cultivating stability and strength in complementary muscles. The yoga section will always close with a grounding sequence to help calm and quiet the mind. Expect to leave feeling energetically strong and grounded!
